Matt Todd – Account Manager
Matt is an Accountant and also holds a BSc in Human Geography and Environmental Studies, an ATHE from Oxford Brookes and the WSET Advanced Certificate. Matt teaches Entrepreneurship in Hospitality & Tourism at Oxford Brookes University and also works as a freelance Accountant.
Ola Sweeney – Data Manager
Polish born Ola is a trainee Accountant and manages the OBM cost saving projects, including research, negotiation, creating our business cases, which results in considerably savings for OBM’s clients. This management is in areas as diverse as utilities, telecoms, stationery and merchant services.
Dee Claassen – Finance Manager
Originally from South Africa, Dee is a part qualified Accountant and is in the last stages of her studies. Dee handles the OBM billing function and also provides management accounting services for Oxford Brookes University’s Estate and Facilities Management.
Anona Hessler – Admin
For OBM Anona is actively involved in data gathering and ensuring the implementation of agreed cost saving actions for our clients. For the past 11 years she has been responsible for office management and credit control within a commercial operation. Anona has previously worked with the MOD, the NHS and as a pub licensee.
Nigel Barfoot – Non-Exec Director
Nigel is an Engineer by training and a Sales and Marketing professional for most of his 35 years working life in the motor industry. He worked initially with British Leyland and mostly with its privatised offshoot Unipart, where he was Sales Director and deeply involved in culture change management. Since 2003 Nigel has enjoyed a portfolio career being involved with the Printing Industry, Oxford United, MD2MD, The National Association for Primary Education, Young Enterprise and of course, OBM as a coach and strategy consultant.
